HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT FRAME SIZE?
Determining the right frame size is more of a theoretical guideline. In practice, the most comfortable riding position is achieved by adjusting the seatpost height or changing the stem length. The table on this page provided serves as a general reference.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We provide worldwide shipping, and every package includes a track-and-trace service.
HOW DOES LOCAL PICKUP WORK?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation, and your order will be prepared for pickup. When it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with further instructions to collect your order. Pickups take place at the workshop located at Luipegem 74, 2880 Bornem, Belgium.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Every order is shipped with track-and-trace. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified and provided with a tracking code.
WHATS DOES 'SHIPPING ON REQUEST' MEAN?
This means your order exceeds the available shipping rates and does not include shipping costs at this moment. However, you can still place your order, and we will contact you. The shipping costs will be added to your total afterwards.
HOW LONG DOES A SHIPPING TAKE?
I personally oversee the entire handling process, so it may take a few days before you receive your track-and-trace code. Shipping times will vary depending on the courier and your country’s customs procedures. You will receive updates via email with all shipping details and your track-and-trace information.
HOW CAN I PAY?
In the webshop, you can pay via bank transfer or all major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.
For local pickup at the workshop, you can use these payment methods or pay in cash.
