Your order is always packed with care to ensure reliable and safe shipping every time. We take great care to ensure your bike is packaged securely for safe delivery. Each bike is carefully disassembled and wrapped in protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.
We use high-quality cardboard boxes that are specifically designed for bike shipping. Inside the box, we add cushioning materials to keep all parts stable and shielded from shocks. Every component, from the frame to the smallest accessories, is securely fastened to avoid movement. We double-check each package to ensure it meets the safety standards. We clearly label the box to handle it with care, giving carriers an extra reminder.

Step 1
Disassemble the bike
into its main components.

Protect the frameset and all fragile parts
with appropriate padding.

Place the bike parts in the box, filling any gaps with cushioning materials to ensure stability and protection from shocks during transport
