Product details
Ernesto Colnago is one of the most legendary names in the world of cycling, renowned for his groundbreaking contributions to the design and innovation of bicycles. His story is not just one of craftsmanship, but also of passion, vision, and constant evolution. Ernesto Colnago was born in 1932 in Cambiago, a small town in Italy, a region deeply entrenched in cycling culture. At the age of 13, he was introduced to the world of bicycles and quickly developed a passion for cycling. In 1952, he established Colnago and began working as a mechanic for various professional cycling teams. Today, Colnago bicycles continue to dominate the global cycling scene, thanks to Ernesto's constant drive for innovation and his pioneering work in developing new technologies aimed at enhancing performance and comfort.
This Colnago Master Saronni is a perfect example of his craftsmanship. I’m proudly presenting this Colnago Master shining in his original Saronni red paintjob. An absolute classic! The superb frameset is made of very stiff Colombus Gilco S4 design tubes.
This masterpiece is equipped with one of the best groupsets in Campagnolo history. A Campagnolo C-Record groupset with Delta brakes. This bikes dates back to the Mid 80’s. The Ambrosio Durex tubular rims are laced to C-Record hubs. Those are clearly mint as well.
