The Champion Mondial proved to be an immensely successful design, contributing to the victories of countless racers over a span of two decades.
Traditionally, the frames were made with Reynolds tubing and Bocama lugs. What makes this specific Gazelle unique, however, is that its main frame was crafted using the renowned Reynolds 753 tubing.

This wonderful Champion Mondial has a full Campagnolo Super Record groupset. The bike has never been used and was bought by a true Roger De Vlaeminck fanatic. He is a Belgian Legend. Roger De Vlaeminck, who was a big boy in 1981 (2nd in Milano-Sanremo, 2nd Amstel Gold, 2nd Paris Roubaix, 1st Brabantse Pijl,… rode exaclty the same bike as we sell. It’s rolling on Mavic Ssc wheels (deep blue anodised) without brake surface. The real deal for a collector.
