UBF Frameset. Great project frameset. Campagnolo drop outs. The lugs remind me of a Vaneenooghe frame, although I cannot say this with 100% certainty. Therefore, I am selling it as a UBF (Universal Belgian Frame). The lug around the head tube appears to show a crack, but I believe it is simply an imperfection in the original finishing from that period. No cracks. No dents.
